OUR CLIENT HAVE AN URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR A SENIOR FINANCIAL
ACCOUNTANT TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Support and manage the preparation and reporting of all financial
reporting requirements
Act as lead on the annual audit of the financial and solvency accounts
Manage the preparation and review of the monthly management accounts
Quarterly Forecasting and Budgeting
Quarterly/Annual regulatory reporting
Quarterly/Annual regulatory CSO returns
Monthly reporting to the CFO and CEO (Cash flows, KPIs, Expense
reviews, Actuals versus budget, P&L by Territory)
Review and preparation of reconciliations and control accounts
Internal Fund pricing preparation and review
Fiscal reporting to the local tax authorities in the jurisdictions
that we operate
Team Lead manage and support the development of financial and trainee
accounts
Integration of IT systems as part of an on-going efficiency
enhancements
Driving the finance agenda in project teams and working groups
Ad-hoc duties as and when required
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualified financial accountant
Experience in Financial Services
Must be technically minded
Possess a strong work ethic
Must be a problem solver
Solvency II experience would be an advantage
Be able to work under pressure and produce quality output to strict
deadlines
Have the acumen to work independently and be able to appraise and
provide quality assurance on their own output, and that of others.
